First of all, I'm so sorry. I know how much of a pain it can be to get really excited about something and then not feel like it was what you expected.
Within 30 calendar days of the Program Start Date, you may request a refund of the amount you have paid for the Program. The Program Start Date is defined as the first day the Company provided you access to the Program. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate the following to the Company’s satisfaction:
1. Scan and show all completed worksheets and templates provided
2. Share a Google Drive or folder of all provided materials with the filled in information, as directed by course videos
Requests for refunds will not be honored 31 calendar days after the Program Start Date and any outstanding balance owed to the Company for the Program must be paid in full.
Partial refunds will not be given in any case.
